Manninger IT Solutions is actively looking for a passionate and experienced OPT Recruiter to join our dynamic US IT Staffing team.
Role: OPT Recruiter
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years in US IT Staffing
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and engage OPT / CPT / STEM candidates from universities across the USA
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants
• Collaborate closely with Bench Sales and Marketing teams
• Screen profiles based on client requirements and technical skills
• Manage candidate database and track submissions efficiently
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and university networks effectively
• Coordinate interviews and handle documentation processes
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of OPT / CPT / STEM hiring process
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proven experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing
Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
