Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Executive to manage internal hiring and HR operations for our Hyderabad office. The role involves recruiting recruiters, BDMs, research analysts, and support staff, along with handling attendance tracking, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate should have experience in internal hiring for staffing firms and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions such as US IT Recruiters, BDMs, Research Analysts, and HR staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and work-from-home records.
  • Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for salary processing and payroll updates.
  • Maintain leave balances and HR policy compliance.
  • Ensure smooth employee onboarding and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Administration

  • Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and attendance.
  • Support management with HR reports and workforce tracking.
  • Maintain a positive office culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR recruitment or HR generalist role.
  • Experience hiring for staffing firms or recruitment companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Basic understanding of payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
