Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Bengaluru.
You will be the person who makes our demos actually work. When we walk a potential client through a Flo robot, it is your job to ensure the robot is ready, the site is prepared, the operator knows what they're doing, and the entire experience goes smoothly. This is a hands-on, field-first role and roughly half your time will be on active construction sites across India.
Demo operations
- End-to-end ownership of demo logistics - from robot prep and operator briefing to site readiness and machine handover
- Coordinate freight and surface shipping of robots to client sites across India; track movement and ensure safe receipt
- Conduct pre-demo site surveys to assess surface conditions, site layout, and operational fit
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues in real time during demos
- Document demo outcomes, machine performance data, and site observations and prepare presentations for the clients
Client-facing support
- Act as the face of Flo on-site during demos — professional, calm, and knowledgeable about the product
- Brief site engineers and operators at client premises on safe operation of our machines
- Relay demo results to the site team post completion
Coordination & process
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule and plan POC visits in line with the pipeline calendar
- Maintain checklists and SOPs for demo readiness, shipping, and site setup
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in a field ops or pre-sales/demo role
- Construction experience or knowledge strongly preferred
- Comfortable spending significant time on active construction sites
- Strong organisational instincts: you notice what's missing before it becomes a problem
- Good communicator: presentable, confident, and able to hold a professional conversation with site team
- Willing and able to travel across India at short notice, based out of Bangalore
