Role Description

This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern role is based in Bengaluru South. The intern will support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in full-life cycle recruiting. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on employer branding strategies and improving the hiring process to attract top talent.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

- Identify and source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals

- Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline for open roles

- Map talent for recurring and critical positions

2. Candidate Screening & Experience

- Conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit, communication, and intent

- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process

- Maintain timely communication and follow-ups with candidates

3. Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Track interview progress and ensure feedback is collected within defined timelines

- Act as a bridge between candidates and internal teams

4. Hiring Operations & Process Management

- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and hiring dashboards

- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting roles

- Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and closure of positions

- Identify gaps in the hiring process and suggest improvements

Who are we looking for

- Graduate or pursuing MBA (HR preferred)

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- High ownership and ability to follow through on tasks

- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
