About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organised Brand Operations Manager to work closely with a professional in the bridal, events, and creative industry. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role — you will travel with me, be present at shoots, bridal events, and client meetings, and essentially be the engine that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a desk job. You will be in the thick of it every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Sales Support
- Handle initial client inquiries across all channels (calls, DMs, email, WhatsApp)
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a pipeline tracker
- Conduct preliminary sales conversations and warm up prospects before handoff
- Nurture client relationships and ensure no lead falls through the cracks
- Coordinate with clients on logistics, timelines, and requirements
Coordination & Scheduling
- Manage day-to-day scheduling, appointments, and calendar
- Coordinate between vendors, clients, venues, and team members
- Handle back-and-forth communication on behalf of the principal
- Ensure timely follow-ups and keep all parties updated
On-Ground Support at Events & Shoots
- Travel to bridal events, shoots, and client meetings as required
- Manage on-ground logistics and be the point of contact at events
- Anticipate needs and handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
- Assist with event management tasks before, during, and after events
Content Creation (On-the-Go)
- Shoot behind-the-scenes videos and photos during events, shoots, and travel
- Capture candid and curated moments for social media and archives
- Basic reels, short-form video content, and stories for Instagram/social platforms
- Understand framing, lighting basics, and storytelling through visuals
- Coordinate content calendars and assist with posting schedules
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Assist with managing social media accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement)
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms is preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in this area is equally welcome
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability with minimal hand-holding required
- Comfortable with extensive travel (within and outside Bangalore)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly responsive
- Confident enough to hold client conversations and represent the brand professionally
- Good with a smartphone camera — able to shoot decent behind-the-scenes content instinctively
Good to Have
- Prior experience in events, weddings, fashion, or the creative industry
- Basic understanding of sales processes or client servicing
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation
- Prior experience as a PA, executive assistant, or coordinator
