This role involves managing relationships with SME clients through virtual platforms, providing them with tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with small and medium enterprise (SME) clients through virtual platforms.
• Provide financial advice and solutions tailored to the needs of SME clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Analyze client needs and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on client performance and relationship status.
• Assist clients in navigating digital banking tools and resources.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
