Purpose
To ensure proper receipt, identification, storage, and issuance of Engineering spares, Raw Materials (RM), and Packing Materials (PM) in compliance with cGMP, GDP requirements, traceability, and inventory accuracy.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Ensure receipt of Engineering spares, RM & PM as per approved procedures and purchase documents.
Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, COA and approved specifications.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and segregation of materials (Quarantine / Approved / Rejected).
Maintain proper storage of materials as per defined environmental and safety conditions.
Perform SAP transactions related to receipt, stock movement, and issuance of materials.
Issue Engineering spares, RM & PM to respective departments as per authorized requisitions.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and effective inventory control.
Monitor and record daily environmental conditions of storage areas.
Ensure housekeeping, cleaning of storage areas, and preparation of sanitation solutions with proper records.
Support Engineering and Production teams for urgent material requirements.
Perform QMS activities related to warehouse including deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits.
Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance to audit observations.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
BSC /MSC/D. Pharm or equivalent
Should have exposure to handling of SAP systems.

Role is expected to work in all shifts.
