We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Editor / Motion Graphics Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the video editing team, creating engaging visual content, and producing high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the video editing and motion graphics team to deliver high-quality creative output.
- Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, ads, and brand promotions.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand creative requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior editors and designers.
- Stay updated with latest video trends, editing techniques, and motion design styles.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain efficient workflow processes.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics tools.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
- Experience in creating motion graphics, animated videos, and social media content.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple creative projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing or content-driven companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D animation tools (Blender/Cinema 4D) is an added advantage.
