ROLE OVERVIEW
We're hiring a Manager, Global Hyperscaler Marketing to scale the global marketing behind Xebia's strategic cloud and hyperscaler alliances — AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. You'll help build and execute the programs that turn these partnerships into pipeline: differentiated messaging, integrated campaigns, and a stronger market position for Xebia in the AI era.
You're a hands-on B2B marketer who can bring a partner narrative to life and execute it across regions. Partnering closely with sales, services, alliances, performance marketing, PR, and product, you'll grow hyperscaler-sourced and co-sold business across global markets. This is a high-impact role for a marketer with 10+ years experience ready to take the next step toward senior marketing leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hyperscaler GTM Execution & Business Building
- Support the global execution of marketing programs that grow Xebia's business across strategic cloud and hyperscaler alliances including AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud.
- Develop and run co-marketing plans that drive referral, co-sell, and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Bring partner programs, funding, service lines, and joint offerings together into executable GTM plans across regions.
- Manage funding requests and performance reporting across hyperscaler partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud).
Messaging & Positioning
- Support and refine differentiated messaging that positions Xebia as a leading partner for AI-enabled transformation across the hyperscaler ecosystem.
- Craft messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign storylines that drive differentiation, relevance, and pipeline acceleration.
- Translate joint solutions and partner offerings into clear, client-facing narratives and content.
Integrated Campaigns & Execution
- Plan and run integrated campaigns end to end — briefs, audience segmentation, messaging, enablement, and measurement.
- Translate GTM strategy into executable programs with clear KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate with performance marketing to drive demand generation and paid campaigns tied directly to pipeline and revenue attribution.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams globally on joint campaigns, executive roundtables, events, and thought leadership.
Analyst Relations
- Support Xebia's analyst relations activities by preparing inputs, evidence, and narratives for relevant evaluations and reports.
- Support analyst briefings, RFIs, and the narratives and evidence that strengthen analyst perception of Xebia's hyperscaler capabilities.
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Work with internal category marketing leaders in engineering, consulting, cloud, data, and AI practices to operationalize partner narratives into offers and content.
- Partner with field marketing to drive awareness in priority GTM markets, with a focus on Europe and the US.
- Partner with PR agencies and internal communications to amplify partner stories with analysts, media, and strategic accounts.
- Align with stakeholders across marketing, sales, alliances, and executive leadership to keep execution on track.
Market Insight & Competitive Intelligence
- Track trends across AI, cloud, and the broader hyperscaler partner landscape, with a strong read on the US and European markets.
- Monitor competitor and partner positioning to refine strategy and strengthen differentiation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including partner, product, or solutions marketing.
- Demonstrable experience building and scaling go-to-market plans in enterprise technology environments.
- Strong working knowledge of global markets, specifically in the US and European markets, with the ability to tailor messaging and campaigns to buyer expectations in those regions.
- Strong partner marketing knowledge and experience with hyperscalers and their current positioning and goals in the AI era
- Experience with analyst relations and influencing analyst positioning.
- Experience working with PR agencies, performance marketing teams, and cross-functional GTM organizations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong execution discipline and the ability to operationalize complex, multi-region initiatives.
- Proven ability to align with stakeholders at all levels.
