About the Role

We are seeking a senior business leader with a commanding presence and a consultative mindset to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term client relationships. This role demands a confident professional capable of influencing CXO-level stakeholders, leading high-stakes pitches, and positioning The Marcom Avenue as a trusted strategic growth partner.

The ideal candidate brings a powerful industry network, multi-sector exposure, and a deep understanding of marketing, branding, digital, creative, media, and integrated communications.

This role will primarily operate across 4 core revenue-driving avenues:

The 4 Core Avenues You'll Be Selling & Scaling

1. The Digital Avenue

Performance-led, growth-focused digital solutions.

Includes:

Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

SEO, AEO & GEO strategies

Social Media Strategy & Management

Content ecosystems & conversion-led funnels

Analytics, dashboards & optimisation frameworks

Ideal for candidates with networks in:

D2C, Education, BFSI, SaaS, Startups, Real Estate, Healthcare, B2B

2. The PR & Reputation Avenue

Narrative, credibility, and visibility at scale.

Includes:

Corporate & brand PR

Founder & leadership positioning

Thought leadership & media storytelling

Issue & crisis communication

Digital PR for SEO & reputation

Ideal for candidates with networks in:

Corporates, listed companies, startups, legacy businesses, policy-facing sectors
