About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing & Brand Manager to drive the professionalization of our global marketing department. You will be responsible for shaping our global brand presence, developing and implementing a refined CI/CD, and leading the development of a modern, professional online presence. This role is pivotal in setting our global marketing roadmap and strengthening our presence across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic global marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the development and rollout of a sophisticated Corporate Identity / Corporate Design (CI/CD) framework.
• Oversee the relaunch and continuous development of our website and digital platforms.
• Develop and implement a global LinkedIn strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Set up internal marketing processes, KPIs, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage and mentor a small but growing marketing team.
• Identify and manage external partners (agencies, designers, consultants) as needed.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and business development to ensure aligned messaging.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably in a B2B or international environment.
• Proven track record in building and scaling marketing teams and strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content marketing best practices.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, CMS tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a collaborative mindset.
