About the Role
We're looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end growth, performance, and brand strategy. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on performance marketing experience, and the ability to work closely with product and leadership to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Analytical Ownership
- Build and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business KPIs.
- Own and analyze core metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, funnel performance, and attribution.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and new growth opportunities.
- Plan, allocate, and optimize marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives, hypothesis creation, test execution, and result analysis.
2. Performance Marketing & Growth Channels
- Manage and optimize paid channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Own affiliate marketing programs including partner negotiation, tracking, and fraud detection.
- Oversee SEO fundamentals: keyword strategy, content briefs, and link-building efforts.
- Drive retention marketing through email, push notifications, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across web and app funnels.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.
3. Product & Growth Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to support growth initiatives.
- Translate user behavior and insights into product-led growth features (onboarding, referrals, incentive systems).
- Design and optimize growth loops and funnels.
- Identify bottlenecks (e.g., activation, responsiveness, conversion drop-offs) and create actionable improvement plans.
4. Creative & Brand Leadership
- Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and storytelling across channels.
- Manage and collaborate with designers, writers, and creative partners.
- Apply user psychology to craft compelling value propositions.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing touchpoints.
5. Leadership & Execution Excellence
- Build, manage, and mentor a marketing team (performance, content, community, affiliates).
- Set weekly KPIs and monitor daily performance metrics.
- Prioritize initiatives, delegate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Run stand-ups, sprint planning, and performance reviews.
- Prepare clear reports and insights for leadership and the CEO.
6. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, design, operations, and influencers.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling products or platforms through data-driven marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven or startup environments is a plus.
