Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified) is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
About the role :
The process of recruiting is a creative one, as it involves using both traditional and non-traditional resources and a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent. Resources often include community networking events, job fairs, online sources, career fairs, head hunting and advertising/marketing programs.
What will you do as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition :
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition department for India region.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to align with organizational goals
- Assess current staffing needs and create forecasts for Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Leadership/Management roles
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including vendor selection, internal sourcing, interviews, and screening calls
- Drive effective candidate evaluation and ensure a smooth hiring process across all departments
What are we looking for :
- Proven experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably within startups
- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, managing end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring, technical, and leadership/management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data effectively
- Hold a relevant post-graduate degree
