About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our global hiring strategy. With 1215 years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience, this individual will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by building scalable processes, leading high-performing teams, and partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver world-class talent across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Leadership: Own and lead the global talent acquisition function, ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring practices across all geographies.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and future skills needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow regional TA teams and external recruiting partners, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to strengthen the company's global employer brand and candidate experience, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Executive & Critical Hiring: Partner with senior leaders to manage executive-level and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Integrate inclusive hiring practices to build diverse pipelines and ensure equitable recruitment processes globally.
  • Data & Insights: Leverage talent analytics to measure success, forecast hiring needs, and continuously improve processes.
  • Process Optimization: Establish scalable recruitment operations, tools, and technologies to support rapid, high-quality global hiring.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR partners, and executives on talent market trends, hiring best practices, and organizational design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1215 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a global or multi-region leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale hiring programs across multiple regions.
  • Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in employer branding, talent sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition technology, including ATS, CRM, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
