Responsibilities
Lead Sales and Revenue growth for Utilities and Communications solutions for Government and Enterprise customers
It is a
Pan India role reporting into Director Sales.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
- Revenue Achievement: Own annual/quarterly sales targets; drive profitable bookings
- New Business: Acquire new customers from Power, Gas, Water and Telecom Utilities
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain minimum 4x pipeline coverage with high forecast accuracy
- Government Sales: Lead end-to-end public sector sales cycle including bids and tenders
- Account Growth: Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell
- Channel Partners: Develop and drive revenue through regional sales partners
- Market Intelligence: Track competition, market trends, and growth opportunities

Education / Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA
- 1015 years of relevant sales experience
- 5+ years quota-carrying sales in Utilities segment
- Experience in high touch, direct and in-direct (channel led) sales
- The role requires extensive travel
