About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Manager with deep expertise in the real estate sector. This is a leadership role designed for a seasoned professional with strong market intelligence, a well-established industry network, and a proven ability to drive high-value sales closures in commercial and/or residential projects.

The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in revenue generation, team guidance, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Leverage industry network to generate premium leads and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, investors, and developers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales team members to improve performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulatory norms.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in Real Estate Sales (Commercial and/or Residential).
  • Education: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong network within the real estate ecosystem (developers, investors, brokers, channel partners).
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Noida / NCR real estate market.
  • Senior-level maturity, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
  • Must be based in or commutable to Noida Extension.
