About the Role

An experienced and strategic Senior Manager of HR Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end HR processes across multiple regions. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, benefits, workforce lifecycle management, and stakeholder advisory. This is not a people management role but carries high ownership, influence, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR Operations across multiple locations.
  • Oversee and optimize HR processes across multiple regions.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and manage payroll and benefits.
  • Advise stakeholders on HR operations and workforce lifecycle management.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
