Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused HR professional to lead the People & Culture agenda for our Captive Services function. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, talent lifecycle management, employee experience, and culture initiatives, while leading a team to deliver against defined service levels and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Drive end-to-end recruitment and offer management, ensuring closures within defined TATs. - Oversee onboarding processes and design structured onboarding journeys. - Partner with stakeholders to align hiring with business needs.

2. HR Operations & Process Excellence - Ensure adherence to HR processes within defined timelines. - Drive process standardization and efficiency. - Maintain dashboards, templates, and reporting mechanisms.

3. Employee Experience & Retention - Design and implement engagement and retention strategies. - Build strong communication channels. - Drive culture-building initiatives.

4. Performance & Capability Building - Roll out performance metrics and KPIs. - Support annual performance management processes. - Design training plans aligned to business needs.

5. Talent Management & Succession Planning - Drive talent review and succession planning processes. - Identify and develop high-potential talent.

6. Communication & Engagement Initiatives - Lead newsletters and engagement campaigns. - Ensure consistent internal communication.

7. Team Leadership - Lead and develop HR team members. - Monitor performance and build capability. - Foster accountability and collaboration.

- Recruitment closures within TATs

- Adherence to HR process timelines

- Employee engagement and retention outcomes

- Effectiveness of onboarding and training programs

- Timely execution of performance cycles

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Operations / Talent Management
