Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and employees to drive key HR initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to support diverse teams while ensuring alignment with business goals.

The role will be based in Gurugram and will partner closely with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand team requirements and provide HR solutions aligned with business goals
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related support for employees and managers

2. Employee Engagement and Relations

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace matters
  • Support conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment

3. Performance Management

  • Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
  • Work with managers to identify development needs and support employee growth

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and exits
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and reporting as required

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Good to Have / Preferred

  • Experience supporting large or distributed teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical approach
  • Ability to drive HR initiatives independently
