Position Scope & Summary
The Sr. Sales Manager - Growth and Monetization will be responsible for driving commercial revenue and partnerships across High Street Fashion categories. From presale tasks such as research, ideation, relationship building to selling, negotiating and deal closure and post sale processes which ensure seamlessly delivering fully integrated programs and value across print, branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.
This position will be responsible for generating revenue through the said category of clients driven by pure media buying across Print / digital as well as custom solution selling focused on branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.
Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
Deliver commercial success
- Work closely with the Director - Growth & Monetization to create the revenue achievement strategy for the Beauty and Corporate Jewellery category
- To achieve targeted revenues and yields, maximize and grow existing clients and onboard new clients
- Build a robust pipeline with multiple active conversation to ensure timely closures
- Enhance market penetration by tapping into the client list in a structured and consistent manner
- Enable product education clients on CNI's products, IPs, and value proposition
- Build and nurture relationships with brand and agency teams across levels to keep CNI top of mind for a wider range of clients
Account Planning & Approach to Business Development
- Enhance industry knowledge and understand client marketing objectives
- Design an account wise plan: Understand individual client needs, ideate, develop solutions, and create packages that span across the digital, branded content, print and our on-ground offerings (events and exhibitions) which align with the client's needs
- Track and analyse competition to identify and pursue target accounts
- Collaborate with the creative, editorial and events teams for developing ideas and seamless execution.
- Responsible to manage excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for overseeing the administrative work for the client, including commercial formalities
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience selling to business development and unlocking new opportunities is a plus
- Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business (Cross-sell & Up-sell)
