About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a senior product management manager who will be accountable for cross product delivery for Core Banking Modernization program. This would include accountability over cross product deliveries including co-supplier engagement, testing (including end to end), Business Readiness and Change readiness.

Good amount of years of experience in product management or large‑scale banking transformation, with 5+ years leading managers or senior product leader.
Strong experience operating in co‑supplier / vendor ecosystems with shared accountability for outcomes.
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise testing, business readiness, and regulated delivery environments.
Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to drive decisions across Product, Tech, Ops, Risk, and Change
Job Expectations:
Own end‑to‑end cross‑product delivery outcomes for Core Banking Modernization, including sequencing, dependencies, and integrated milestones.
Lead co‑supplier engagement and joint delivery execution, escalating and resolving cross‑product risks.
Be accountable for enterprise testing and quality, including E2E, and readiness gates across products.
Drive business readiness and change readiness, ensuring operational, training, and support preparedness for cutover.
Manage and develop a team of product professionals while representing delivery health in Command Center and executive forums
