A Regional Head of Corporate Solutions & Wealth Managementdevelops and executes regional strategies to grow the business, focusing on both corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a sales team, managing client relationships (including C-suite executives), overseeing the performance of a product suite that includes investment products and insurance, and ensuring regulatory compliance and profitability for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and expand the corporate and wealth management client base.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales and wealth management team, setting performance goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Corporate Solutions:
- Build and manage the institutional book of business by offering suitable product suites to corporate clients.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers like CFOs and Treasury Heads.
- Ensure seamless payroll processing and address service issues for corporate clients.
- Wealth Management:
- Acquire and manage high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clients.
- Oversee the development and execution of financial plans for clients.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Product & Operations:
- Oversee the performance of a broad range of products including mutual funds, PMS, equity, bonds, and insurance.
- Conduct training for the team and partners on all available products.
- Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
- Financial Management: Manage the region's P&L, monitor financial performance, and manage budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, typically in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, with significant experience in wealth management and/or corporate solutions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Expertise in financial planning, investment products, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
