.Deal evaluation: Understanding the industry & Business along with preparation of credit memo including financial model consisting of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow statement
. Presentation of the deal to senior management in a power point format
. Look in the disbursement of sanctioned deals while coordinating with internal stakeholders
. Submitting Monthly/ Quarterly Monitoring Reports to the Top Management
. Ensuring timely interest and principal repayments
. Performing market research and competitive analysis for assessment
. Sound knowledge of underwriting in corporate/ wholesale lending
. Strong understanding of industry cycle along with financial ratios
. Hands on experience in Credit Memo preparation
. Financial modelling with ability to make, read and maintain models in MS Excel
