Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing international BPO team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for global customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Location: Thane / Mumbai

Salary: 30K – 40K In-hand + Incentives

Shift: Rotational / Night

Working: 5 Days + 2 Rotational Offs

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent English communication
  • 6 months+ International BPO experience preferred
  • Customer-focused & confident
