  • Manages and develops professional business development specialists, ensuring prospect and client expansion in alignment with commercial goals. Has accountability for the budget/P&L, performance and results of the team

  • Develops, monitors, and manages a robust sales pipeline of (potential) small/complex clients in one of the target industries such as logistics, manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing, ensuring consistent follow-up, conversion and steady flow of new business opportunities. Prepares monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales forecasts and tracks performance of new business initiatives, presenting progress, projected revenues, and relevant reports to senior management

  • Manages the mitigation efforts of potential risks in finalizing/ closing deals within responsible sales portfolio, ensuring implementation of solutions to address critical issues. Conducts comprehensive performance reviews, refining business development initiatives based on results. Prepares and gives business reviews to the senior management regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers

  • Coaches senior professionals to innovate and customize sales materials focused on staffing services - ranging from talent acquisition of temporary or permanent operational roles to workforce solutions - ensuring that offerings remain relevant and competitive in response to market trends and client demands

  • Drives advanced business analysis initiatives to recommend new opportunities for enhancing purchaser experience and optimizing the sales process for recruitment and staffing services of operational roles. Identifies gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions for Enterprise while coaching junior team members to develop similar analytical capabilities

  • Fosters and expands relationships with clients and account teams, identifying opportunities for upselling comprehensive services, such as operational contract staffing, direct hire, and payroll management

  • Refines the frameworks, solution designs, business models and pitch materials developed by the team to ensure sustainable strategic engagement with clients in the competitive recruitment market of operational roles. Provides direction to enhance the quality and effectiveness of client-facing materials. Reviews resource allocation and cost expenditures to maintain healthy margins and ensure the profitability of the business

  • Coordinates the collaboration with the marketing team to enhance Enterprise brand presence, showcasing expertise in recruiting top-tier Enterprise for sectors like logistics, manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing
