Our team is relatively small but mighty, and now we're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows the agency code and can help us scale up with the right clients and partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Spot and close opportunities with brands that get what we do
• Pitch our services - from branding and websites to social campaigns and creative production—with clarity and confidence
• Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators
• Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to shape proposals that hit the sweet spot between business needs and creative vision
• Keep the pipeline flowing by owning outreach, follow-ups, lead tracking, and reporting
• Represent the agency at meetings, calls, events, or wherever conversations start

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development or client servicingat a creative agency or design studio
• A clear understanding of how creative services work—branding, digital design, content, campaigns, etc.
• Excellent communication and pitching skills - you should know how to read the room and keep people hooked
• Strong organisational and follow-up game
• Someone who's proactive, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple leads at once
• Bonus if you bring your own network to the table
