Background of the Role:
We @Infinity Assurance Solutions specialize in Warranty Service Administration, Extended Warranty, Accidental Damage Protection and a wide range of service products under our own brand InfyShield.
Our offerings cover services for Mobile Phones, Consumer Durables / Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, and more.
This role is to build and expand alliances with LFRs, Retailers, Distributors, OEMs, Fintech companies, NBFCs, digital payment platforms etc. enabling the bundling or cross-sell of our Service Solutions.
The incumbent may be specialised in specific domains and not necessarily be expert on all these.
The Performance judgement will be purely based on value, volume and quality of sales under tough competition.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to achieve Client Acquisition, Sales and alliance management .
This role requires:
- Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard target clients
- Sales Execution: Generate real sales to exceed assigned targets.
- Account Management: Own and nurture key partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration, product alignment, and long-term growth.
- Product Customization: Collaborate with the product team to tailor extended warranty offerings and pricing for BFSI partners customer bases and platforms.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze partner performance, forecast sales, and present reports to leadership on key KPIs and ROI.
The suitable candidates:
- Graduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in business development, strategic partnerships, with same / similar target clients.
- Proven track record preferably in selling similar Extended Warranties on similar products, financial services, digital insurance or embedded protection plans.
- Must have a Strong understanding of the consumer electronics, home appliance, or consumer durable industry
- You should have strong Connects in similar clients is a must
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
If you have sold similar service plans for OneAssist, Zopper, OnsiteGo, Servify, Across Assist, Digicare etc,; you will find this role easy to move-in.
