Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our key client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative advertising and e-commerce solutions. This position demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the ecommerce and advertising industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts.

Job Description :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to develop and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Proactively recommend innovative marketing/localization solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with key clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management within the advertising industry.
  • Must have prior experience managing marketing campaigns for brands, with a strong understanding of creatives and e-commerce.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs.
