About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to drive go-to-market strategies, build compelling product narratives, and enable revenue teams for EnKash's product suite. This role will play a critical part in shaping product positioning, driving adoption, and bridging the gap between product, marketing, and sales. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Own and execute GTM plans for product launches, enhancements, and cross-sell campaigns in collaboration with Product, Sales, Growth, and Brand teams.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to multiple personas; create impactful collateral including solution briefs, decks, and battlecards.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, industry research, and customer interactions to identify trends and inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Sales Enablement: Design training programs, playbooks, and toolkits to empower Sales and BD teams; create conversion-focused assets such as case studies and objection-handling guides.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Partner with growth and analytics teams to track funnel metrics, measure impact, and continuously optimize campaigns and product adoption strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or product strategy roles within fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure performance.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional environments with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action with an experimental approach to problem-solving. 

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to payments, fintech, or finance automation domains.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Background in content marketing, storytelling, or product-led growth initiatives.
