Job Description: Area Sales Executive
Work Location: Multiple locations across India (Pan India hiring)
Role Purpose
To drive sales of Gresbond products (tile adhesives, grouts, cleaners) through dealer networks, influencers (masons/contractors), and direct market engagement, ensuring strong brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
- Drive secondary sales through retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction sites, retail counters, and local markets.
- Promote the complete range of tile adhesives, grouts, and related products.
2. Dealer & Retail Network Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail counters.
- Expand dealer network and appoint new retailers in the territory.
- Support dealers with schemes, promotions, and merchandising.
3. Influencer Engagement Build strong relationships with:
- Masons
- Contractors
- Tile installers
- Builders & small developers
- Conduct mason meets, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Promote loyalty programs and incentives (for contractors/masons)
4. Product Promotion & Technical Selling
- Educate customers and influencers on:
- Product application.
- Benefits over traditional cement fixing.
- Correct usage techniques.
- Conduct on-site demos and training sessions.
- Resolve basic product/application queries.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and schemes.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the territory.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline data.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics for timely deliveries.
- Work closely with marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate
- 2–6 years of experience in: Tile Adhesive (Mandatory)
