Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design development for corporate office interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare conceptual designs, space planning, mood boards, material boards, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, propose design solutions, and present design concepts.
- Work closely with project managers, MEP teams, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
- Review and finalize GFC drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design quality and standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for material selection and technical details.
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedules.
- Stay updated with new design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to workplace interiors.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent sense of design aesthetics, space planning, and detailing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under timelines.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in workplace/corporate office projects is mandatory.
