Job Description

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only

Joining Requirement: Immediate joining

CTC: ₹4.8 LPA – ₹7.3 LPA (75%Fixed + 25% Variable +Performance-Based Incentives)

Role Overview

We are looking for confident and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team at Simplilearn. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at communication, enjoy interacting with people, and are motivated to deliver value-driven solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through calls and direct interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Build strong relationships through confident, clear, and professional communication.
  • Consistently follow up to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism in every customer interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduation is mandatory (Diploma candidates will not be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and clarity in customer conversations.
  • Prior experience in Inside Sales is preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome if they are confident, energetic, and strong communicators.
  • Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore.
  • Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews only.
  • Immediate availability to join is required.
