Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Butler Manager at The Den, Bengaluru. The Butler Manager will be responsible for providing personalized guest services, including managing butler operations to ensure ultra luxury service standards. The role involves overseeing a team of professional butlers, creating bespoke guest experiences, attending to guest requests and preferences, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring operational excellence. You will act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay experience for guests. Curate personalized guest journeys through pre‑arrival planning, preference tracking, and bespoke service. Serve as the primary escalation point for all guests related to rooms, requests and The Lounge. Build long‑term guest relationships through recognition and personalized interactions. Handle guest concerns with empathy, speed, and elegance. Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing hospitality teams
  • Strong expertise in personalized guest service, attention to detail, and handling guest preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with guests and internal teams
  • Solid understanding of luxury hospitality standards and ability to maintain high service quality
  • Time management, problem-solving abilities, and organizational proficiency
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury properties
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred
