Sr US IT Recruiter: This role requires someone with hands-on experience in recruitment tools, a good understanding of IT markets, and the ability to build quality talent pipelines.
Should be willing to work in night Shifts. Thorough knowledge in US IT Recruitment is mandatory.
Senior Recruiter (4-6 years)
The ideal candidate will have strong Level 1 & Level 2 screening expertise, experience in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
This role also involves market analysis, mentoring junior staff, and supporting client engagement for strategic talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback, offer negotiation, HR paperwork, compliance, and post-onboarding follow-ups.
• Use advanced Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations for recruitment strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Strong experience in building & maintaining large candidate pools and involved in reverse marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate familiarity with MSP/VMS models and understand at least one VMS platform and its functionality.
• Target large clients and their open roles via job postings, which can be contributing to business development.
• Participate in client calls to better understand requirements, clarify needs, and ensure accurate candidate matching. Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in IT/technical roles & filling niche roles. • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in Boolean search techniques. And efficient utilization of each job boards including LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience in MSP/VMS models is preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
