Job Description

• Source and screen technical talent using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and LinkedIn

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions

• Conduct technical screenings, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers

• Demonstrate knowledge of US staffing terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1‑B)

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with client requirements

• Coordinate with US‑based hiring managers or account teams for requirements and alignment

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers within an ATS (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn)
