Our client a leading FMCG company is looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function for a fast-growing FMCG organization. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing end-to-end HR operations, and partnering closely with business leaders to build a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams on people and organizational matters
- Drive workforce planning aligned with business goals
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Oversee hiring across functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles
- Strengthen employer brand in the FMCG talent market
3. Performance Management & Talent Development
- Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, feedback)
- Identify high-potential talent and build succession plans
- Drive learning & development initiatives across levels
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Drive HR process improvements and digitization initiatives
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business heads, plant HR teams, and external partners
- Manage HR audits and reporting
Key Requirements
- 812 years of experience in HR, preferably within FMCG / Consumer / Manufacturing
- Strong exposure to both corporate and plant HR environments
- Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
- Proven track record in managing high-volume and leadership hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
