Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and result-drivenTeam Leader Marketingto lead and manage the marketing team within our PR & Marketing agency. The role involves overseeing campaign execution, guiding team performance, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives aligned with client and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to timelines
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance
- Conduct team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
2.Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, and PR channels
- Ensure campaign strategies align with client goals and brand guidelines
- Review and approve marketing content, creatives, and campaign deliverables
3.Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients for marketing-related activities
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans for the team
- Coordinate with PR, creative, design, and media teams for seamless execution
4.Project & Process Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Track campaign progress, budgets, and resource utilization
- Improve internal processes for better efficiency and team collaboration
5.Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights for clients and management
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 47 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a PR or marketing agency
- Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and campaign planning
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced agency environment
