Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets for campaigns across print, digital, social media, and branding.
- Lead design projects from brief to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop innovative solutions for advertising and marketing needs.
- Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients when required.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality execution of all deliverables.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics or UI/UX is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic thinking across different media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice To Have
- Experience with video editing or motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their design requirements (Meta, Google Ads, etc. ).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com .
