Role Overview:

First Coffee is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual execution across the brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding deeply, can translate strategy into strong visuals, and takes ownership of design output across digital and physical touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, founders, and external partners to ensure First Coffee's visual language remains bold, consistent, and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute key visuals for brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal menus, collaborations,

and cultural moments.

Design core packaging basics across beverages, food, and retail products.

Design merchandise including apparel, tote bags, stickers, and in-store collaterals while maintaining brand consistency.

Drive social media design across reels covers, statics, stories, carousels, and app creatives with a strong focus on visual storytelling.

Support offline and in-store design needs including menus, standees, signage, window branding, event assets, and brand activations.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into high-impact design solutions.

Maintain and evolve First Coffee's visual language and brand guidelines across all platforms.

Review and refine design outputs to ensure high quality, attention to detail, and consistency.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production partners to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Qualifications:

  • 47 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in branding, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour, layout, and composition.

Proven experience working on packaging, key visuals, social media, and print design.

Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and production knowledge for both digital and print formats.

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience with motion graphics or basic animation.

Familiarity with F&B or retail brands.

Understanding of content-led and culture-driven design.

Experience working with marketing teams and creative agencies.
