Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Designer to ideate, produce, and oversee digital creative solutions across our clients and for our own marketing needs. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, fonts, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing projects from conception to production, and be able to manage quick turnarounds and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including ads, illustrations, infographics, ebooks, flyers, and more.
- Review junior designers work and provide edits and guidance
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Increase user friendliness in digital products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Extensive portfolio of visually stunning design projects
- Hands-on experience with image editing and graphic design software like: Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and Figma
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various concepts, colors, fonts and layouts
- Acute attention to visual details
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a global team, solve challenges, and meet deadlines
