About the Role

Universal Paving is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-impact visual creatives across our website, social media, performance ads, email campaigns, and digital branding.

This role requires a balance of creative storytelling, brand consistency, and performance-driven design, supporting our growth across platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and e-commerce storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution

  • Design engaging creatives for website, landing pages, social media, emailers, and ad campaigns
  • Translate marketing briefs into conversion-focused, visually compelling designs
  • Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches

Brand Consistency & Visual Excellence

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print assets
  • Create and manage design systems, templates, and reusable assets
  • Ensure high-quality visual standards across platforms

Performance & Marketing Design

  • Design creatives optimized for paid ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest) and organic channels
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions
  • Support A/B testing and creative optimization

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and growth teams
  • Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation

Trend Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay updated with design trends, platform guidelines, and tools
  • Experiment with new formats including motion graphics and short videos

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 510 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand side preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, e-commerce, and performance creatives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Working knowledge of Figma / Canva is a plus
  • Understanding of consumer psychology, layout, typography, and color theory
  • Experience designing for e-commerce, digital ads, and social media platforms
  • Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail
