Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute procurement strategies aligned with client account requirements for facility services
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and adherence to contractual obligations
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure timely creation, issuance, and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Maintain and manage procurement data including PO trackers, savings reports, and spend analysis
  • Oversee vendor invoice verification, accuracy checks, and timely submission for payment processing
  • Coordinate between vendors, site operations teams, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows
  • Monitor and ensure vendor statutory compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and standardization to achieve economies of scale
  • Review and manage contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility and compliance
  • Conduct procurement risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support procurement budget control and drive long-term cost-saving initiatives
  • Analyze supplier performance, market trends, pricing structures, and bidding processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance frameworks
  • Manage procurement systems and tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Continuously improve procurement processes to reduce turnaround time and increase efficiency
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders and ensure service delivery expectations are met
