Senior Frontend Developer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on development, ownership of key features, and collaboration across design and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Ownership
- Build and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React.js and Next.js
- Take end-to-end ownership of features/modules from development to deployment
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams for seamless execution
- Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services (REST/GraphQL)
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-ups
Code Quality & Performance
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability (including SSR/SSG in Next.js)
Mentorship & Contribution
- Support and guide junior developers on best practices and problem-solving
- Contribute to improving front-end architecture, workflows, and coding standards
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends
- Suggest improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and developer efficiency
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js
- Hands-on experience in UI Development, including building responsive and interactive interfaces
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Strapi or WordPress
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques
- Basic knowledge of cloud/serverless environments (AWS, etc.)
