Role: Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Department: Finance

Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements every month.
  • Conduct consolidation exercises for multiple subsidiaries, including merger-demerger accounting and book closure.
  • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence processes.
  • Prepare and report monthly MIS (Management Information Systems).
  • Review GL balances, AP/AR, and trial balances for accuracy.
  • Ensure statutory compliance across financial operations.
  • Manage and lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring the timely completion of all tasks.

Qualifications And Skills Required:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 7-9 years of post-qualification experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial control roles.
  • Expertise in financial statement preparation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, due diligence, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.

Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
