Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closure of books with necessary adjustments.
• Develop standardized Excel templates (P&L, Balance Sheet) and a summary of financial insights and variances.
• Analyze MIS reports to support business decisions and identify corrective actions.
• Track financial performance vs. budgets; prepare reports by fixed timelines (e.g., 10th of every month).
• Calculate key financial metrics (GM%, EBITDA, Costs, Cash Conversion Cycle, etc.).

Cash Flow Management:

• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts; identify variances and address potential issues.
• Build and maintain a detailed cash flow model (income, expenses, receivables/payables).
• Share forecasts with stakeholders; incorporate feedback for accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze cash flow drivers including sales cycles, seasonality, and payment terms.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Define financial goals and develop annual budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor actuals vs. budget; analyze variances and suggest corrective actions.
• Align with department heads for realistic revenue and expense projections.
• Finalize and present budget drafts for leadership approval.
