About Apollo Finvest:

Apollo Finvest is a publicly listed NBFC, pioneering 100% digital loans in India with zero manual

intervention. We specialize in unsecured personal loans and partner with fintechs and NBFCs to

build innovative lending models like FLDG, co-lending, and business correspondence (BC). We

are looking for a Chartered Accountant with deep experience in digital lending who can

own and scale our finance operations, portfolio health tracking, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Book & Portfolio Management

End-to-end oversight of Apollo Finvest's loan book across direct sourcing, co-lending,

and BC partnerships.

Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor loan book performance (NPA %,

PAR, collections efficiency, etc.).

Ensure accurate reconciliation of all loans (direct and partner-sourced) with bank

statements, LMS, and accounting systems.

2. FLDG & Partnership Management

Lead financial evaluations and ongoing monitoring of fintech partners with FLDG

arrangements.

Track and reconcile FLDG coverage, defaults, and recoveries.

Manage co-lending and BC partnerships, including financial diligence, cash flow

alignment, and MIS integration.

3. Evaluation & Due Diligence of NBFCs/Partners

Conduct in-depth financial and risk analysis of NBFCs or non-NBFC entities for potential

partnerships.

Review promoter background, financial health (CAR, GNPA/NNPA, ALM), audit reports,

and compliance status.

Prepare recommendation reports for partnerships and investment decisions.

4. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for Apollo Finvest (quarterly/annual),

ensuring compliance with all SEBI and RBI regulations.

Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and RBI inspections.

Manage tax planning, GST compliance, and other regulatory filings.

5. Automation & Process Optimization

Work closely with the product team to automate reconciliation, reporting, and financial

processes.

Drive integration of finance dashboards into the loan management system (LMS) for

real-time portfolio and risk visibility.

Identify opportunities for automation in financial reporting and portfolio monitoring.

6. Strategic Financial Planning

Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and portfolio analysis to support

strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with the leadership team to improve margins, reduce defaults, and optimize

lending operations.

Evaluate ROI and financial performance of all lending partnerships and products.

Key Skills & Experience:

Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience, preferably in

digital lending or fintech-NBFC models.

Strong experience with unsecured personal loans and FLDG models in co-lending

and BC partnerships.

Deep knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI compliance norms, and financial reporting

requirements for publicly listed companies.

Hands-on experience in loan reconciliation, portfolio health tracking, and real-time

dashboards.

Proven track record of due diligence of NBFCs and fintech companies.

Mindset of automation and process innovation, with experience working with

product/tech teams.

Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling and KPIs (NPA %, PAR,

interest yield, etc.).

Proficiency in Tally, Excel (advanced), and familiarity with ERP/LMS systems.
