We are seeking a
Senior Expert in Hydraulic Manufacturing Processes , a true technical authority who will own end-to-end manufacturing strategy for
hydraulic components and systems. You will not just manage processes; you will transform them, driving breakthrough improvements in quality, cost, cycle time, and scalability while mentoring the next generation of manufacturing leaders.

hydraulic manufacturing challenges and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes for hydraulic pumps , valves , cylinders , actuators , power packs , and complete systems.
- Champion process excellence using Lean, Six Sigma , PFMEA, Control Plans, and advanced manufacturing technologies ( CNC , robotic assembly, automated testing, digital twins , and AI-driven process control ).
- Own New Product Introduction (NPI) from DFM/DFA stage through to full-scale production, ensuring zero-defect launches.
- Resolve chronic manufacturing issues related to leakage, contamination control, pressure testing, sealing technologies, surface finish, and material compatibility.
- Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and capacity enhancement projects (target 15-25% annual gains).
- Implement Industry 4.0 initiatives smart factories, real-time process monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data analytics for hydraulic production lines.
- Establish and maintain world-class quality systems ( IATF 16949 , ISO 9001 , AS9100 ) and ensure full compliance with global safety and environmental standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and technicians.
