Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Drift to design, implement, and manage conversational marketing strategies, including chatbots, live chat flows, and Drift playbooks to drive demand generation and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and execute WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns, integrating them into the overall marketing strategy to engage leads and drive conversions effectively.
- Build, execute, and monitor key demand generation programs, such as email campaigns, webinar initiatives, engagement programs, and live event campaigns.
- Strategize, execute, and maintain marketing automation processes, including:
- Chatbot flows and conversation sequences
- Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns
- Landing pages, forms, and lead capture mechanisms
- List and data management to ensure accuracy and segmentation quality
- Collaborate on strategies that support the buyer journey, including demand generation and pipeline acceleration efforts.
- Ensure the integrity of data within Drift and other marketing automation tools by performing regular maintenance, ensuring hygiene, and optimizing segmentation and targeting practices.
- Implement best practices in marketing automation, including comprehensive testing of programs before deployment.
- Develop and maintain marketing performance reports, dashboards, and analytics to measure program effectiveness, conversions, and attribution.
- Stay compliant with GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and other email, SMS, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Drift, including building, deploying, and optimizing chatbot and conversational marketing workflows.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo platform with proven technical proficiency.
- Proven expertise in WhatsApp and SMS marketing, with experience in creating engaging campaigns and managing related tools.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and ecosystems, with knowledge of email marketing, program implementation, template design, analysis, and industry best practices.
- Functional understanding of digital marketing, including content marketing, paid and owned media, and how they integrate with marketing automation systems.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms that integrate with Drift, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- A self-starter who is highly accountable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while meeting deadlines.
