Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Data Management
- Work with the Team Lead to analyze complex data sources, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and define best practices with data stewards.
- Develop Measurement Plans for Web & App Analytics Platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Test and debug analytics data collection using various debugging tools.
Insights & Reporting
- Analyze data to generate insights on revenue/growth prediction, trends, anomalies, and customer segmentation.
- Communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive performance of analytics and tagging capabilities to impact overall business results.
Client & Project Engagement
- Collaborate with project management teams to drive delivery and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services, including attribution analysis, ad-tech, CRM integration, marketing automation, and data analysis.
Continuous Improvement & Tools Utilization
- Leverage Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics 360, Google BigQuery, and other relevant platforms to optimize campaigns.
- Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Data Studio for reporting and dashboards.
