Job Details:
- Role: Recruitment Executive (Experience in Volume Hiring is mandatory)
- Location: Cyberhub, Gurgaon
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years to 6 years in End-to-End Recruitment.
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Shift: 11 AM to 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/ITES hiring
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Conduct screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with stakeholders
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
